Nearly two months before Peter Parker's death, a costumed thief known as the Prowler broke into Osborn Industries to steal valuables. When Norman Osborn was arrested by S.H.I.E.L.D., and revealed to the public as the Green Goblin by the Daily Bugle, Oscorp was left abandoned. Despite this, Aaron chose to remain part of his nephew's life, openly embracing him and spending time with him.
